Here at Zest Beauty, we offer our customers free shipping on orders that meet a certain threshold. However, if you would prefer to track your order or can't wait for it to arrive, we have various delivery options available. Medik8, ANP, Jane Iredale, Dermalogica, T3, SkinCeuticals – Can only be shipped within the EU.
Kneipp – Can only be shipped within UK & Ireland.
Murad – Cannot be shipped to New Zealand.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will send your order and refund the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatively, we may at our discretion hold the order until complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay.
We want to let you know your order may be sent in multiple packages. If your order qualifies for a free gift, please make sure to add it to your shopping cart to ensure it is included in your shipment. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or have any additional prices added.
Here at Zest Beauty, we prioritize a safe and secure delivery of your order. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, however, some may require a signature. If you happen to miss the delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our team at customerservices@zestbeauty.com.
If Royal Mail has recorded an attempted delivery, you will be provided with a "Something For You" card with details on how to collect your delivery. Failure to collect from Royal Mail within 18 working days, your delivery will be returned back to us. We will always notify you via email. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery.
Additional shipping charges will apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including customs duties, and excise duties.
