All in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days. Please note that orders containing restocked items may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

To cancel, you must notify us via live chat or email found in the contact us section.

You don't have to provide a reason for the cancellation of your order, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve our service.

You can either log into your Zest account to track the progress of your order or contact our lovely support team who will be happy to assist.

Unfortunately our PayPal payment system is temporally unavailable. We are working to get this back up and running, please bare with us!

All unused and sealed products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at customerservices@zestbeauty.com for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.

Due to safety procedures, any opened and used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping. Any evidence to show the product has been used will be refused a refund and sent back to you or disposed of.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order! We offer a 14 day return policy, starting from the day on which you receive your order. Check out the Returns & Refund for further details.
