Shipping Restrictions

Customers are highly advised that we are unable to send any of the following products to Nothern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and to all international customers:

  • Aersols / Flammable Products
  • Nail Polish
  • Perfume / Aftershave

In the event of an item being out of stock we will send your order and refund the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatively, we may at our discretion hold the order until complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay.

We want to let you know your order may be sent in multiple packages. If your order qualifies for a free gift, please make sure to add it to your shopping cart to ensure it is included in your shipment. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or have any additional prices added.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of delivery cannot be specified.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, however, with international shipments this will be passed onto your local delivery courier depending on your location.

When purchasing a Non trackable shipment, you will not be provided witha tracked number.

If Royal Mail has attempted delivery, you will be provided with a "Something For You" card with details on how to collect your delivery. Failure to collect from Royal Mail within 18 working days, your delivery will be returned back to us. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery.

Additional shipping charges will apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including customs duties and excise duties.

Zest Beauty is not eligible to issue a refund for any custom fees that you may be charged. The value of customs charges can vary depending on your country's restrictions and/or rules.
