Description
Aids your skins natural defence against the sun. The pill contains natural ingredients; beta carotene, green tea and Fernblock, to boost protection from UV rays and their harmful effects. Giving cell protection to the outermost skin layer, these capsules have been clinically proven to fight against the damage brought on by exposure to UVA rays. Take one a day for a couple of weeks before a holiday then two a day (used in conjuction with a good sun protection cream, gel, or lotion) while you are on holiday and exposing yourself to harmful UV rays for best results.

Directions
Take one a day, in the morning, with food ideally before sun exposure. During periods of prolonged sun exposure, such as on holiday, take two a day – one in the morning and one at lunchtime. For best results, use alongside a topical sunscreen. Do not take when pregnant.
